People who are dieting would normally skip meals or eat too little but this is not the way to go. One of the most important meals of the day is breakfast and one shouldnt skip it at all. Although, breakfast meals are generally avoided because of all the excess oil and fats in the fried food, you can avoid these and make low carb meals yourself. Eating breakfast will give you fuel for the whole day and with the low carb recipes, youll be energetic and will still be on your way to losing weight.

French Toast is probably the most popular breakfast in the world. Luckily, you can eat low-carb French Toast without the added calories. You will need two pieces of wheat bread, 1 egg white, cup water and 1 tbsp. Of Splenda. Mix the egg white, water and Splenda together and dip the bread before frying. Now, you have a low carb breakfast meal that is very easy to prepare.

Another great low carb breakfast meal is the Cream Cheese Spinach Omelette. You will need 2 oz. cream cheese, 2 eggs, cup chopped spinach leaves, and tsp. toasted sesame seed oil. Mix the cream cheese and spinach together and in the other bowl, beat the eggs. Put the sesame seed oil on the pan and fry the egg, topping the cream cheese and spinach.

See? With these, you can still get enough fuel for the day while cutting down on your calories, all thanks to low carb recipes!
